JANETTE SAUTER

Physician Associate, Founder, Owner

MSHS, PA-C,  Aesthetic Injector

Janette has been a Physician Associate board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates for over 10 years. She specializes in Aesthetic Medicine with a specific focus on facial balancing and natural aging.

Locally born and raised in Annapolis, Janette has been a lifetime native to the DMV. She graduated from the George Washington University School of Medicine with a Master’s in Health Sciences, a certificate in Physician Associate studies, and electives completed in Plastic Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Wound Care, and the GW Advanced Surgical Program.  Her career began in Emergency Medicine for the George Washington University Hospital where she worked for several years.

In 2016, Janette made the move into Aesthetic Medicine. She is well known in the industry for her soft voice and gentle touch. Janette credits her Emergency Medicine background with providing the foundation for her advanced procedural skill set and her ability to expertly handle complications. Those qualities plus an obsessive attention to detail and meticulous injection technique is what sets her apart. She refuses to rush through any patient and prides herself on patient education and provider training.

Janette and Dr. Thuy Doan during Atlanta training

Training is an essential component of being an expert injector. Janette has attended countless injectable and skin device training courses varying from local to international.  “No matter how many years of experience I have, I can always learn something from training. Whether it be a new injection technique, a way to make someone more comfortable, reviewing safety and anatomy, or a managerial tip, you can always leave a training feeling refreshed.”

In December of 2021 Janette had the fortunate opportunity to train with Dr. Thuy Doan in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Doan, who will forever be one of Janette’s mentors, provided her the framework to develop her own injection technique and business model.

Wanting to bring back the patient care aspect in Aesthetic Medicine, Janette left the corporate world of injecting and became a contractor. She spent the next year working for different offices and learning as much as she could about the business aspect of injectables. In 2023, she and her husband began Blue Aesthetics with the goal of providing personalized care in a relaxed environment for patients and a rewarding career with creativity, appreciation, and an excellent work life balance for her employees.

At Blue, people are not rushed, a minimalistic approach is employed, and the true artistry of the injector can shine. She gives all patients her cell phone number and email and encourages open communication. “I want people to see me as a friend who cares about them. I would not rush through injecting my mother’s or my husband's face, and I will not rush through yours. I will never push someone to have a treatment who is not ready. We are a team and we come up with your treatment plan together. If I feel I cannot give you what you want, be it from scope of practice or budget, I will tell you no. True honesty is something I value greatly.  I will refer to surgery whenever needed. I do not pretend injectables are the answer to everything.”

Aside from seeing patients, Janette enjoys training other aesthetic injectors, being outdoors, dancing, singing, traveling, interior design, and spending time with family. She currently resides in Arlington, with her husband Bo, their two daughters, and their son.

Paige Wittmann

Master Aesthetician

MA, LME, Master Aesthetician

Paige is a licensed Master Aesthetician in the Commonwealth of Virginia and she knows she can be your skin’s CEO. She specializes in all things skin with a particular passion for customizing skin care routines, treating acne, performing results-driven treatments to address tone, texture, congestion and pigment, and instilling confidence in her patients.

Originally from Detroit, Paige graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Elementary Education and later from Oakland University with a Masters in Early Childhood Education. She taught Kindergarten for almost a decade but her own experience with imperfect skin began to shift her interests into aesthetics. Fueled with the need to help others achieve clear, even skin as well, Paige decided to make a career change at 30 years old.

In July of 2023, she moved to Northern VA and began her career in Aesthetics. Paige completed training at the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in Arlington, VA and at Lillique Training Institute in Fairfax, VA. She is also a certified Face Reality Acne Expert and a certified Dermaplane Pro Provider.

Paige combines her teaching experience of maintaining close contact and care to others with her nurturing demeanor and gentle touch to forge trusting connections with her patients. She prides herself on her ability to give professional skin care advice in a straightforward, understandable, and realistic way while showing deep compassion and dedication towards addressing concerns.

So - why does she want to be your skin CEO?

Just as a CEO is dedicated to the success of the company, Paige is dedicated to your skin’s health and committed to you being happy with what you see in the mirror. She is constantly on the hunt for trending products, new treatments, and educational trainings to further her abilities and provide you with top of the line care.

When she’s not playing in skincare, Paige enjoys taking walks around Clarendon (which she just moved to!), traveling, practicing Pilates, as well as partaking in her favorite hobby, which is to get dressed up to have a cocktail at new restaurants.

Annie Hur

Physician Associate

MPAS, PA-C,  Aesthetic Injector

Annie is a board-certified Physician Associate through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates (NCCPA) with over six years of clinical experience. She brings a diverse and disciplined medical background, including four years in surgery and five years in military medicine. Annie has proudly served in the Virginia Army National Guard for the past 15 years and continues her service today.

With a foundation rooted in precision, leadership, and patient-centered care, Annie specializes in Aesthetic Medicine. Her refined clinical eye, steady hands, and meticulous attention to detail allow her to create natural, balanced results that enhance her patients’ confidence while preserving their individuality. She believes aesthetic treatments should empower patients to feel like the best version of themselves- refreshed, confident, and authentically beautiful.

Born in South Korea and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, Annie earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she completed the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program and commissioned as an Army Officer. Her medical career began in Family Medicine before being deployed as a military PA to Kuwait and Jordan in 2021. Following her deployment, she transitioned into surgical practice, further sharpening her procedural expertise.

Annie ultimately transitioned into aesthetic medicine because it is where her heart truly belongs. Growing up in the Korean American community, her interest in aesthetics developed naturally, as South Korea is globally recognized for innovation and excellence in aesthetic procedures. This cultural influence, combined with her medical and surgical background, shaped her appreciation for balance, symmetry, and subtle enhancement. Annie received her neurotoxin and dermal filler certifications through the Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), further refining her expertise in advanced injectable techniques.

Outside of medicine, Annie enjoys spending time with her family, staying active at the gym, practicing Pilates, painting, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying time with friends. She resides in Potomac, Maryland with her husband Alex, and their son.
