Neuromodulator Treatment
Botox | Dysport | Daxxify
Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify are prescription medications most well known for relaxing muscle activity that causes wrinkles. They are commonly used to soften or prevent deep expression lines and to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Neuromodulators are used to treat lines in the glabella (in between the eyebrows), forehead, around the eyes, on the nose (bunny or wolf lines), and around the mouth.
They are also used to lift the eyebrows higher, make the eye appear larger, slightly enlarge the lip (lip flip), reduce the amount of teeth that show during a smile (gummy smile), raise the corners of the mouth, prevent “trout pout”, treat skin texture and dimpling on the chin, slim the face, improve the jowl, treat crepey skin on the neck and chest, and slim the trapezius (muscle that connects neck to shoulders).
Along with cosmetic treatments, Neuromodulators also treat teeth grinding (masseter/TMJ) and excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) of the armpits and hands.

Your appointment will be about 30 minutes long with actual treatment taking less than 10 minutes. There is no recovery time needed. Results begin to develop 1-2 days later and takes 2-3 weeks for final results. Results are visible for about 4 months, gradually diminishing over time as your muscle contraction returns.
During your consultation at Blue, your injector will obtain your medical history, examine your anatomy, learn about your previous neuromodulator treatments, hear your goals with treatment, and recommend a natural, conservative treatment. We will also explain the science/reasoning behind what we recommend and provide exceptional follow up.
HA FILLERS
Juvederm | RHA | Restylane | Versa
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) dermal fillers rejuvenate the face by replacing shrinking structures, such as bone and fat pads, and restoring overall volume. This volume helps concavities causing shadows to become convexities of light reflection thus highlighting or giving an airbrushed appearance. The key is to know where and where not to add the filler. Proper placement of filler creates subtle changes and keeps individuals looking like themselves but younger.

HA fillers can also augment, or create definition and structure to features at baseline. This can give someone new cheekbones, a chin, a nose, lips, and even a defined jawline. It can also help to balance features like the nose with the cheeks, lips, and chin so that everything is in harmony.
Common areas to treat with fillers are the temples, cheeks, under eye, mid face, lips, lower face shadows, chin, and jawline.

During the aging process, our facial structure changes. Bones become smaller and shift positions, structural fat pads thin and descend, retaining ligaments weaken, and collagen and elastin are lost. As a result, skin sags, the sides of the upper face become hollow, the lower face develops heaviness, and facial shadows replace the once bright light reflection of youth. These changes collectively give a more aged appearance to the face.

Instead, our goal with filler rejuvenation is to address the global aging of the entire face and to give recommendations to slowly and conservatively restore, balance, and accentuate your natural, unique features.
Volume restoration with HA filler is typically achieved after several appointments spaced months apart. Once your volume is restored you move to once-a-year maintenance. Maintenance appointments require much less product as they are just touching up and addressing the small changes that occurred during the past year.
Sculptra
Collagen Treatment
Sculptra is made of poly-L-lactic acid microparticles which stimulate the body to produce collagen as they biodegrade. You are then left with your own, natural collagen. By restoring the structural support and strength of our skin, Sculptra adds very subtle volume and decreases the look of wrinkles and folds.

Everyone in their 40s and up should be including Sculptra with their anti-aging treatments. However, anyone younger who is experiencing sagging, dull skin would also benefit.

Collagen is a vital component to youthful skin. It is a protein in our skin that provides a structural framework and supports the functions of elastin and hyaluronic acid (HA).
As we age, our bodies ability to produce large volumes of quality collagen diminishes. We can no longer keep up with the baseline of youth. Starting in our 20’s we lose about 1% of collagen per year. By age 40 we have lost up to 20% of our youthful collagen. We need to replace this specific type of collagen in order to maintain smooth, bright, glowing skin.

Sculptra results develop gradually over time. Most patients undergo a series of 2-3 treatments spaced several months apart with a maintenance treatment every 2 years.
Kybella Fat Reduction
Kybella (deoxycholic acid) is the only FDA approved injectable medication that eliminates fat cells. Deoxycholic acid is a natural bile acid made by our body to break down fat during digestion of food. Kybella is synthetic deoxycholic acid that works by destroying the cell membrane of fat cells. Once this occurs, the cell contents leak out and the fat cell dies. Kybella is then excreted from the body with your natural deoxycholic acid. The result is a permanent reduction in fat.

Originating with fat removal in the double chin, kybella is now being used on small areas of stubborn fat throughout the body. Common areas of treatment include double chin, lower cheeks, jowls, bra bulge, under arms, love handles, c-section shelf, under the buttocks fold, over the knee, and inner thighs.

Kybella results develop gradually over 6-8 weeks. Most patients undergo a series of 2-4 treatments spaced 8 weeks apart.
Hylenex HA Filler Dissolve
Hylenex (hyaluronidase) is an enzyme that is FDA approved to dissolve HA dermal fillers. It is injected into the filler area and begins to work immediately with final results developing after several days.

There can come a time when your HA filler needs to be partially or fully dissolved. This treatment is typically performed after filler has been poorly placed, filler has migrated, filler is causing side effects, or a patient desires a little less volume. Common areas to dissolve include lips, under eyes, and midface.

The safest and most natural way to dissolve filler is by injecting small amounts of Hylenex over time. Most patients undergo a series of 2-3 treatments spaced several weeks apart.
** The price for this procedure only applies to patients whose filler was placed by an outside injector. Blue Aesthetics will never charge to dissolve filler placed by our injectors if under the rare occurrence dissolve sessions are needed.
Hydrafacial

Perk Eye:
Uses patented, roller-flex technology to administer extracts and hydration to the delicate skin around your eyes. Treats inflammation, puffiness, and dull skin. Improves skin clarity.
Perk Lip:
Uses patented, roller-flex technology to exfoliate, hydrate, and plump the lips. Resorts volume and provides antioxidants. Great for those who have lost volume with age or would like to give their lips a slight plump.

Each treatment session takes about 30-60 minutes depending on your tier selection and includes a deep cleanse, an acid peel, painless extractions, and saturation of the skin with moisturizers, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, arnica, and mineral skin conditioners.
Deluxetreatment will include the above plus a personalized skin booster infusion for individual conditions and LED light therapy.
Platinum treatment will include the above along with facial lymphatic drainage and a scalp massage.
There is no recovery time needed. You may look a little red and plump when you leave but that settles quickly. Results are instant and continue to improve over the next week. Those that chose to have a treatment every 1-2 months will see exponential improvement with the skin as each session builds on the previous one.
Dermaplaning Facials
Dermaplaning is an advanced aesthetic treatment performed with a surgical blade to gently physically exfoliate the dead skin cells on the surface of the skin while also removing the vellus hair, also known as peach fuzz.

Dermaplaning is perfect for dull / dehydrated skin, skin with a rough texture, and skin with peach fuzz hair.
These conditions often cause you to notice a lost of energy or glow to the skin. You may even notice that your make up applies patchy and uneven.
Dermaplaning also allows your skin care products to penetrate the skin deeper and with a more even diffusion. This produces a better results from all products.

Our Dermaplaning facials are our most relaxing and rejuvenating facial. You begin with a refreshing cleanse , a skin analysis, and a massaging prep. A sterile, single use surgical grade, nickel free blade is gently glided long. This is not uncomfortable at all and leaves your skin feeling clean and light. Finishing products and serums are them massaged into the skin.
Depending on the facial you choose, your treatment will range from 30-60 min and may include extractions, a 15 min LED light therapy with scalp massage, and application of a stem cell + peptide sheet mask with a 10 min face massage.
Lymphatic drainage is available as an add on for decreased puffiness, increased oxygen to the skin, cheek and jawline contour, and overall skin health. -

CO2 LASER
CO2 (carbon dioxide) lasers are the Gold Standard for treating wrinkles, age spots, acne scars, and other blemishes. They are also used to tighten the skin and balance skin’s tone thus making CO2 laser treatment essential to maintaining youthful skin as we age.
CO2 laser treatment works by targeting the water in our skin. Light from the laser is absorbed by the water (which is vaporized) and transformed into heat. This heat ablates and/or coagulates channels in the skin. The damaged tissue is removed and collagen production is stimulated.

The COOL PEEL high pulse laser is good for treating superficial wrinkles, reducing pore size, reducing pigment, and improving texture for the face and body.
COOL PEEL is FDA approved for all skin types. It is able to provide resurfacing treatment to darker skin types based on its patented precision in delivering energy to the right depth, speed, and spacing to not cause heat lingering in the skin. This lack of unnecessary heat is why we call it a "cool" peel and why you get fast results with minimal downtime.

The DEEP RESURFACING CO2 treatment targets deeper wrinkles, etched in lines, scars (acne, surgical, and trauma), skin laxity, and dark under eye circles.

COOL PEEL
Treatment Time: Each treatment session takes about 20 minutes. We include time for numbing 30-45 min and post care in your appointment session.Post Treatment Expectations: Expect your skin to be red and warm for 1-2 days and then dry and scaly as it heals. We ask that you hold on exercise, make-up application, sunscreen, and only use the specific post procedure products discussed during your appointment for the first 3 days.
DEEP RESURFACING
Treatment Time: 20-45 min depending on the intensity level. You will need to numb for 45-60 min in office.Post Treatment Expectations: Swelling, redness, and mild to moderate sunburn sensation are expected for 3- 7 days with mild to moderate treatment and 7-14 days for aggressive treatment. Skin will be very dry and sandpaper like as it heals. Aggressive treatments can also experience pinpoint bleeding, weeping, and oozing.

Pre-Procedure Care: We will have a consultation either virtual or in office to prepare you for your treatment. Specific products or medications will be given to start prior to treatment. Blue has developed this protocol to condition the skin, minimize bruising, swelling, and downtime, and prevent post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
We also recommend an express Hydrafacial 1-2 weeks before your treatment and drink lots of water. Hydrated skin has a significantly better results with a CO2 laser.
Post-Procedure Care: You will be given printed or emailed specific post care instructions based on the intensity of your treatment, your skin type, and your skins condition. You will sign a form before your treatment agreeing to comply with this protocol. This is for your benefit and optimal results.
Chemical Peels
A Chemical Peel is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a custom chemical solution to remove the top layers of skin cells and improve the appearance of skin. Peels can penetrate the skin at depths superficially or near the surface, medium, and deep.
At Blue, our peels are approved for all skin types and tones.
We perform minimal to no downtime surface peels from PCA Skin. You may not peel which is great and not needed for your results.
We also perform a medium depth peel from the Perfect Derma Peel. Please allow 7 days of downtime with that treatment.

Chemical Peels are perfect for dehydrated skin, dull skin, blemishes, acne, redness, pigmentation, sun damage, and fine lines.

Our PCA Skin superficial chemical peels are relaxing and refreshing. You begin with a hydrating cleanse, a skin analysis, and toner application. The chemical peel formula is custom selected for your skins needs. It is applied by gentle brushes in several layers allowing time to dry between each one. Finishing products and serums are then massaged into the skin.
Depending on the Chemical peel tier that you choose (Express, Deluxe, or Platinum), your treatment will range from 30-60 min and may include a 15 min LED light therapy with scalp massage, treatment to the face, neck, and chest, and a take home post peel kit.

The procedure is quick! Takes about 20-30 minutes. The only prep needed is to come with freshly washed hair. (Either the night before or same day) Do not have any oils, conditioning, or styling products in your hair.

The only after care is to not wash your hair for 24 hours after the treatment. Do not dye your hair for 48 hours. Your scalp may look a little wet when you leave but this dries and is not greasy. Easy to go back to work!
